Everyone mad that she “gave up your secret spot” don’t understand these are PUBLIC spaces and they don’t get visited they get torn down and I’d rather have a bunch of people in a park than a data center

remember parking is only for 2 hours at a time and please park in designated parking spots and if you do not have a disabled parking permit please do not park in that spot.

Yall, It’s not hard to drop your stuff off at the bottom then drive your car up and walk back down. Also my favorite spot!

The family donated it to the city!! They were Japanese art and film directors. They couldn’t imagine it going to someone else, they felt everyone should enjoy their little peace of heaven. I think about them everytime I go down there. When I was a little kid the now picnic structure was still a house you could look in. It has changed so much! 💜
