To everyone complaining, this is less invasive than a taser. It targets joints/bone to gain compliance without lasting effects. It’s already implemented across hundreds of departments across the country. Y’all are only up in arms because ICE was mentioned.

This is just meant to be painful to get compliance. At least with a tazer it's designed to send a shock through the body to cause the muscles to lock up so someone stops fighting or fleeing. This is basically dry stunning people which many departments have been sued over doing that, which is why Tazer the company is eliminating that as a option with their newer models.
