I think Reddington was going to represent the family, but when he got there, he saw the discrepancies, and knew, he had to defend Lindsay, not Patrick & Lindsay.

I’ve been wondering where it’s disappeared because after he shown Patrick he never refrenced to it again , when he showed the MH guys he didn’t mention the Apple Watch just the pills 🤔 data was found after the tragedy

If my memory is being gracious today, wasn't there testimony given that the data showed her watch recorded steps the following morning while she was in a coma? Could it have been "someone" putting the watch back after everything? 🤨

This is crazy, because no crime scene investigator that shows up on scene would ever not open a drawer of the nightstand. They would be going through everything in that room to find evidence. So the fact that all of a sudden it showed up in the nightstand and Patrick turned them in at a later time…this simply shows he was hiding those items, got nervous, and tried to turn more “evidence” in to help his case.

It's mind boggling how much evidence points to Patrick being the suspect, and Lindsay being the victim, the fact that he isn't on trial or that she was even suspected, is insane. police show up to a battered woman barely alive and can't speak, 3 children who have passed or nearly, a crime scene in the bedroom, and a husband without a mark who immediately says "She did all this!" and the police are like 'oh, ok, yeah that tracks'

I’ve researched the Apple Watch extensively there is no data from the Apple Watch that has been entered into evidence during the trial. The only thing re the Apple Watch is red showing it to Patrick from the drawer. However there is a clip circulating where all the prosecutors and defence are in a room around a big table where the ADA mentions the watch saying it shows it going upstairs at 5:35pm and then nothing! I don’t know how true that clip is (I have seen it), but as yet nothing entered into evidence for the trial.

The DA is totally relying on the Apple health/fitness app, however everyone should know that anyone who has access to her phone can add it any activity, including the flights of stairs AND you can add the exact time you want after the fact.

I honestly don’t think the police checked that drawer. Because if they had, whether it was empty or not, there would’ve been a photo of it. They photographed that bedroom from every possible angle.

The Apple Watch doesn’t make sense to me. Why would someone do all of the things done and then take it off and put it in a drawer after? Like why wear it while committing the crime and then take it off once done? I know her wrists were injured but it still makes zero sense.
