@policebodycamarrestshq: After an internal audit found they were using the department's Flock camera system to track people in their personal lives instead of doing actual police work. Toni Lewis (32), Coznavian Stubbs (45), and Joseph Callaway (37) were taken into custody on August 10 (same order as the pictures), with each case tied to someone they had a personal relationship with. Callaway, who served as a K-9 deputy, faces the most charges: violation of oath by a public officer, unauthorized access to criminal history records, improper retention of license plate data, and three counts of stalking. Stubbs and Lewis are each charged with violation of oath, improper data retention, and stalking. All 3 resigned during the investigation. They were booked into the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and have since been released on bond. Sheriff David Davis addressed the arrests, saying "no employee is above the law or the standards of this office," and that misusing the technology "could infringe upon the privacy or constitutional rights of the citizens we serve." He added that protecting the public also means protecting the public's trust. Bibb County continues to use all 150 of its Flock cameras every day throughout the county. Only 39 try thousands of us being illegally stalked and harassed! My husband stalked, wiretapped me, showed up due to tracking my every move while I was trying to divorce and separate from my abuser. He was a retired police officer and it took me 21 years to finally get away 3 1/2 excruciating years to divorce a cop and he only got 3 years of PTI for getting arrested for stalking harassing, wiretapping with the tapes confiscated at the scene in his possession. He can get everything expunged after those 3 years are up like nothing ever happened. Mind you spent 8 days in jail for this and I couldn’t even get a restraining order. I do not trust anything anymore. Justice? Not for me or our children. My husband also had 2 seasoned police officers bully our son who was actively going to school to become an officer (if mom is dating anyone and we do a check on the home you won’t have a career in law enforcement) I was so petrified that I didn’t bring even my sisters or my girl cousins to my home. I was always being watched on social media and at my home. We also have the video recordings of the officers doing this to our son. They state their names also. Two different phone calls . I was so disappointed in what they did to him. There is zero justice for anyone married to an officer of the law male or female married to one. There are way more than 39! I’m in NJ. Btw he had 2 fully loaded guns on him and a third magazine full loaded with hallow point bullets and irate not to mention I was the second caller to 911. Mind you the judge didn’t think I was afraid . I was a full conditioned abused person of over 20 years of domestic violence and I went all the way to court with a jury of my peers to fight to even get his measly 3 Year PTI conviction he pled guilty to. The prosecutor took the guns off the table and just tossed him the wiretapping charges. It’s disgusting. He would threaten me, physically hurt me and mentally abused me so badly. Our adult children won’t even acknowledge him. It’s so sad.
