brother I've been there. when I was 21 I used to drink a 30 pack of hamms beer. (I'm from Minnesota) per day. one day I looked at the beer in my hand and said fuck it and stopped drinking went to rehab. relapsed and went back. now over 2 years sober. no shame in falling off the wagon but there's great pride in getting back on
