0.116 BAC If she sat in the car for "hours", she'd lose a BAC .015 an hour. BAC would have been 0.161 if she sat for 3 hours. She thinks because she sat in the car so long, she wouldn't have alcohol in her anymore. They should have taken her for Blood before taking her to jail.

I don’t think she should have got charged for this except dui maybe but I don’t think she’s even drunk. She could have been drinking the night prior??? She doesn’t seem impaired she seems traumatized

The person reading off her breath test is AI.... Her results were NOT zero. Listen again the bot says. "zero then pauses and says 116." her results were 0.116. WAYYYY over the limit and this was almost 2 hours after she hit that lady. She deserves life!
