@emma.meili: We have one life. Why not make the most of it? #solotravel 🌎 At the beginning of the year, I decided I wanted to change my life. Over the last few years I felt I was living on autopilot, chasing external things that only granted temporary happiness. Yes, I was making a good living and had SO much to be grateful for, but I felt so disconnected from myself. Nothing ever felt "enough." So I decided to take a step away from my work, put all my things in storage, and book a one-way ticket across the world. ✈️ I always wanted to solo travel and honesty -- take a break from the hamster wheel/grind of Western life as well. I was afraid what would happen if I stopped working as much, but honestly what's come from this time is SO much introspection, life realizations and a level of peace and gratitude I've never experienced until now. ❤️ Sure I'm not making as much money or growing online as much as I did in the past, and sure the future is uncertain, but one thing I can say for sure is that taking this risk has been one of the best decisions of my life. So- what's something you've always dreamt of doing, and what's stopping you from doing it now? 🫶🏻
