You cannot say that abolishing capitalism is the only way to reach true gender equality. There’s absolutely 0 proof for this. Feminism has come an incredibly long way the past 50 and there’s no saying how equal we’ll be in another 50. Women are already outperforming men academically, so in no time we’ll start outperforming them on the work floor as well. There’s already total lawful equality between men and women in quite a few countries, so the only inequality left there is culture. Culture however cannot just be changed that quickly as it takes a long time. A revolution will not fix this. In fact, it will set us back as the priorities will have shifted from reaching gender equality to more essential things, such as installing a good communist regime. The sexist men will not suddenly have disappeared just because a revolution happened. Besides, culture has already changed a lot the 50 years, so it’ll likely have changed even more in another 50 years.
