Thanks for all this information. Unfortunately what obtains is FRSC personnel turning a blind eye on the real offenders, usually commercial, heavy vehicles and even government vehicles who are flagrant violators of EVERY rule and instead you vehemently harass private car owners even when the vehicles are obviously brand new. Also stop your personnel from begging for money from motorists. It is so unprofessional and degrades the integrity and respect of the corp. Implement the law fairly and objectively and everyone will be satisfied and give you full support.
