resigns so he can get a job in another city and keep doing the same shit. probably shouldn't have spit at the officer but the officer shouldn't have responded that drastically. there's restraints including spit guards the office could have been used and maybe include additional charges for spitting

They literally make spit hoods, as soon as he started spitting you put on a spit hood. Anyone saying you could get diseases from spit, your more likely to get it from blood.

Not only did the cop knee the inmate in his chest, he punched him and then choked him,see his hands around his kneck. Whats the purpose of the inmate being down in the basement & not in population? obviously the cop had other intentions and not following protocol.The cop gets PROBATION!!!! The cop has the prisoner in the basement. not in Intake Division getting processed the basement. This cop had it out gor this prisoner. How's the prisoner recovering coming along? What was the prisoner charged with?
