Rajab Ali (Sonographer) :
➡️Findings
Gallbladder is markedly contracted and largely replaced by multiple echogenic calculi with dense posterior acoustic shadowing, producing WES (wall-echo-shadow) sign. Gallbladder wall measures approximately 3 mm. No significant pericholecystic fluid is seen. CBD measures approximately 5 mm and is not dilated.
.
➡️Impression
Cholelithiasis with contracted gallbladder and positive WES sign. No sonographic evidence of acute cholecystitis.
.
➡️Suggestion
Clinical correlation advised. Surgical consultation may be considered if symptomatic.
