@shattered.glass.coaching: Job searching can really mess with your mental health, even if you're a strong and confident person. The rejections, the silence, the getting ghosted after a final round - it wears on you. Here’s how to protect your mental health during a job search: → Set boundaries and create a schedule around job search time. When the hours are done, you're done. No scrolling job boards at 11pm. → Track your effort, not just results. Three targeted applications and two networking conversations this week? That's progress even without an offer. → Move your body. The stress of a search lives in your body. Walk, run, stretch, go to yoga, or just get outside. → Remember that a slow search is not a reflection of your value. The market is hard for everyone right now. It’s not personal. You can't show up as your best in an interview if you're running on empty. #jobsearching #jobsearchtips #jobsearch #jobhunting #careercoach

So on point. It’s hard not to get depressed when you get close a few times but ultimately they don’t pick you. Thanks for the advice.

100%, I was let go for my job on Monday a job that I built from the ground up from a very mismanage HR department, and ever since then I wake up severely anxiety ridden all day. I’m just continuously on a computer trying to apply to jobs that I probably know are not even seeing my résumé thankfully, I did have a phone interview today and I have a second interview next week. However, I still have a fear in the back of my mind that like my last job search over a year ago you go to all these interviews and then you just don’t get picked and it breaks my heart. I’m praying this one is not the case. I am praying I get this job. I actually would love this job. I’m just tired of feeling exhausted mentally drained crying. My family is pretty much over it my husband I feel like it’s just about to leave my ass. He’s not but and he’s very supportive. I’m just putting a lot on him right now.
