Eurax for itches, aloe vera for burns, dioralite for vomiting/ dehydration and an emergency treatment for diarrhea (for when you literally cannot leave the toilet)

You should really add a mylar blanket. The weight very little but may save your life. I had to use mine a month ago after being attacked by a dog in the Caucasus. I had to sit and wait for the ambulance with bare legs because of the wounds. This was at 2200 meters and even if it was a sunny day in summer it got cold quickly. The cold in combination with trauma made it hard to move after a while. The blanket was very useful for me.

A bit of moleskin tape is handy to keep in there. If you’re getting a hot spot on your foot, stop, get shoe and sock off and let the foot cool down. Once it has, stick some moleskin on where the hotspot was, and that that stop it turning into a blister. Prevention is better than cure! Don’t forget to round the corners when you cut it to shape to help it stay on.

OK, call me crazy this is nowhere near enough. I am a EMR so I’m a little bit biased because of some of the stories and things I’ve heard and seen At least bring two chest seals, tourniquet, and haemostatic gauze on top of that in case you have any penetrating wounds, deep lacerations or things like that they aren’t that heavy you can fit them in a pretty small package and they will save a life. None of this will save your life. This is all for minor stuff, but if you get piled on a tree branch you’re gonna want something a bit more
