He builds a team around his system. it's like a machine. he needs the correct pieces and getting them needs time and money. he'd suit a mid table team waiting to go up the league in 5 seasons rather than a big club wanting to dominate the league the next two seasons. I believe he'd be the best manager for Newcastle.
