the dog wqs not being told to sit. what they are looking at-the dog made a quick circle at your door instead of just walking right past down the hall further down. then when the dog stood at the door, the handler points where he wants his nose to do a more direct spot search. then when the dog sits, he is telling the handler...yep, this is where I'm saying we need to go.
