I don’t think it’s the training because you can teach someone how to drive and to stop at a stop sign and a stoplight and some still run them and don’t stop. It’s the person themselves and I think he should be held accountable and taught by doing time and his pension and why he threw it all away wasn’t worth it and should get some counseling anger management, and some jail time.

I think it's funny when I watch this and see this happens a lot more to black ppl from white officers, that officer don't regret his actions he regrets it being recorded and not having his word against the victim had there been no video that officer would have said he was resisting and that's what it would've been!!!!
