I'm sorry but this dog owner is ENTIRELY at fault. She was asked and instructed to secure her dog and failed to do so. She put those officers in danger as well as her dog. In HINDSIGHT the officer may have overreacting, he could have shot the owner of his partner, but it is understandable when having a large dog come towards you. This dog owner is careless. After the officer asked her she should have secured the dog in a room of her apartment of closed the door behind her.

Same as if a human runs out the house running at the police officer armed (dog having teeth honestly armed animal lowkey) then the cop gonna shoot regardless of what animal it is

Incompetent militia or what , what do you expect ? people have pets and some pets are protective, it's a pet and fangs and all not a guard dog, people are also entitled to have personal protection either metal or living flesh.
