Tbh I’ve seen a lot of videos and I know in Korea they like girl groups more than boy groups bc of soft and cute concept etc but also there a lot of korean who don’t listen to kpop music at all they either listen to western artists or artists from khiphop or singers of their countries like 10CM, Seori etc and also for Stray Kids as a stay I just wanted to add they are definetely more huge globally than in Korea but I’ve notice the fandom grew way more there and more people know them too even if they don’t listen to them (like they all know Felix lol) but yeah some groups are both popular and others in one of them!

the amount of skz fans can't tell the difference between ratio and quantities is frying me lolll. if skz are popular in Korea even with just 20% that means they have way more fans as well internationally. So if we put it in numbers it is like in Korea they have 10 millions fans and so that means they have plus 40 millions fans from abroad as well. 20% of fans in Korea doesn't mean they aren't popular in there loll
