someone quoted you $6000 to do makeup in MAINE!!!! that is just absurd and so greedy. good for you for planning on doing it yourself. I paid $500 for myself, bridesmaids, and my mom. which is extremely cheap tbh even for my area. buy average was about 1500 for all of us. $6k is crayyyy
