@memestypeshiiii: The bank scene in the 2008 spoof comedy Superhero Movie is an absurd parody of the iconic Uncle Ben tragedy from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man. It revolves around Rick Riker (Drake Bell), his elderly Uncle Albert (Leslie Nielsen), and a bumbling bank robber. Awkward teenager Rick Riker (who has newly acquired dragonfly powers) and his Uncle Albert visit a bank to apply for a loan. After being rejected, Rick steps outside to leave. A masked gunman bursts into the bank and shouts for everyone to get down. Hilariously, Rick stands directly behind the robber, steps aside, and warmly says to the criminal, "Oh hey, I made the same mistake before when I came in. Thanks." The robber makes off with the money. When the bank manager yells at Rick for letting the thief escape, Rick flatly replies, "I don't see how that's my problem". Shortly after, Uncle Albert is accidentally shot by a different robber outside. Instead of the classic profound advice, Uncle Albert's dying words to Rick are muffled and uncomfortable because his nephew is kneeling directly on his groin. #superheromovie #parody #comedymovies #reels #funny
