"You guys asked, so here’s the recipe for my roasted garlic mashed potatoes 🫶🏼 They’re creamy, buttery, garlicky and the perfect side for just about anything, especially a pot roast! 🧄🥔 Full recipe down below, you can also find it in the link in my bio! Roasted garlic mashed potatoes Ingredients: ⁃ 6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and diced ⁃ 1 garlic head ⁃ 1/2 cup unsalted butter ⁃ 1 1/2 cup heavy cream ⁃ 3 sprigs fresh thyme ⁃ 1/2 tsp onion powder ⁃ 1/2 tsp garlic powder ⁃ Salt & pepper Instructions: 1. Peel and cut 6 medium russet potatoes into even-sized pieces. 2. Add the potatoes to a pot of salted water and boil until fork tender. 3. Slice off the top of the garlic head, just enough to expose the cloves. Drizzle with oil and wrap in foil or place in an oven safe dish. Roast at 350°F for 30–35 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden. 4. Add the butter, heavy cream, and fresh thyme to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Warm until the butter is melted and the thyme has infused the cream. 5. Once the potatoes are done, drain them and return them to the pot. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the potatoes and mash. 6. Start by adding 1 cup of the cream mixture, then gradually add more until you reach your desired consistency. 7.
