Italy is so good for gluten free but OMG the carbs are exhausting. There isn’t a ton of fruit and nothing is cold. I have celiac and was surprised for gluten free options everywhere but I just wanted fresh food that wasn’t tomato’s and mozzarella lol

its okay to be tierd and done with your diabetes. its hard to always have to monitor it and not feel your best when you want to enjoy italy. i hope dispite your exhaustion you can still see that your doing everything you can and thats amazing. i hope it gets a little less hectic and you physically feel a bit better soon🤍🤍🤍
