everyone looks at me weirdly, everyone talks abt me even if i’m not around to hear it ik they do, they all seem to ignore me. when i walk in the family gathering, ik what they’re all thinking. and all bc of what? bc i struggle with smth i can’t control? do they think i asked to have social anxiety? they don’t have a clue what it’s like to live with anxiety, they just judge me and don’t try to understand me or help me, i guess they think i enjoy having it. no empathy from them whatsoever and now i hold a lot of resentment towards them. then they have the audacity to wonder why i barely choose to show up around them, they treat me like shit and don’t even know it, just a bunch of hypocrites, i can’t wait to get far away from all of them
