80 is the number. We always say don’t get hit by the 80’s bus. Steal the phrase for the 100’s bus if you want.

I’m just under a 10 hcp. Playing in a recreational round, over 85 I’m probably not happy. In a tournament round, anything over 82 I feel like I underperformed.

I’m a 12.5 & just tried to keep realistic expectations. Anywhere between 82-87 can be considered a good day. Anything below 82 is great and anything above 90 is a bad around

This year, I'm playing the best I ever have. I'm finding myself getting really disappointed with double bogey... And I'm no longer happy with low 80s.. In my own mind 83 is bad for me now.

I don’t really base whether a whole round was good or bad based on my score. If I go out and hit a bunch of good shots but don’t putt well and shoot 95 I feel way better than if I hit very few good shots that just kinda go straight along the ground and end up scrambling to shoot like 88.
