as a 42yo with hEDs who used to do the exact same "stretch" she does at the start of the video can someone please tell her that her future self has time traveled back to tell her not to do that and instead do a load of isometric loading to her tibialis and flexor retinaculum while not en pointe. also asking a hyper mobile person which feels better or worse is often pointless because our proprioception particularly for pain is effed

As someone with heds, you cannot diagnose someone with it by a simple video and seeing hyper mobile ankles and knees. You will see that with any dancer especially ballerinas. Heds comes with a plethora of debilitating symptoms, stop reducing it down to just being flexible.
