Saber :
Briar R is honestly one of the worst ultimates. It's easy to dodge and predict. It's so slow the enemy has 4 business days to reposition under tower or away from their team. It countersynergises with her E because it ends any sort of Frenzy. Nocturne R, Galio R and Pantheon R are far better global repositioning tools.
