I don't know if Jimmy will respond but I should take but a brief moment to say thank you man,I was in a relationship that was wonderful but the lady left and it hit me hard and I can say your explanation of what opposite of grief is kinda clicked,I mean the girl is not dead though which makes life a bit bumpy cos everytime she comes to thought is crazy but thank you for putting a smile on my face
