I’ve recently swapped out adding jalapeños to my spicy margs for habanero bitters. It’s sooo much better because I can consistently control the spice.

My Mexican husband taught me something SUPER important about limes: never buy them by the bag. Pick them one by one - if the skin feels thin, they’ll be juicy. If the skin is tough, they are dry. It never fails!!!
