Sometimes I genuinely sit and wonder what I ever did to deserve a girl as sweet as her. I wonder what I did in this life to be blessed with someone whose heart is so beautiful, whose love feels so genuine, and whose presence makes even the simplest days feel special. I want to be someone she can always come home to, someone who makes her feel safe, appreciated, understood, and loved beyond words. Sometimes I look at her and realize that I get to call this beautiful girl my girlfriend, and honestly, what a privilege that is. I get to love her, choose her, miss her, annoy her, make memories with her, and experience a kind of happiness I never want to lose. If life has given me one thing worth holding onto with everything I have, it’s her. I don’t know what the future holds, but I know that I want her in every version of mine.
