Toss is some caramel and a couple shots of espresso. Or maybe replace sweetened condensed milk with dark brown sugar instead of caramel.

sweetened condensed milk is completely unnecessary. it's really good with just milk, bananas, vanilla, and ice. and a lot healthier.
