@formerfattyfaith: I stopped “starting over.” One off-plan meal doesn’t mean the whole day is ruined. One rough day doesn’t mean I need to wait until Monday. And one vacation definitely doesn’t erase months of progress. That mindset shift has helped me lose 68 lbs more than chasing perfection ever did. I just keep going. 🤍 #weightlossjourney #caloriedeficit #consistency #relatable #healthyhabits
This has been me for long, glad i found someone that understands and went through it to. Starting tomorrow 🙏🏻

As someone who has also been overweight my entire life. I was put on weight watchers at young age 12/13. It set me up to be a yo-yo dieter. Anytime i planned to diet it felt more like work and I dreaded it. Eventually I decided the diets weren’t worth it but I can be conscious about the food choices I make. Being able to enjoy foods that I love in moderation, actually helped me lose weight. I’ve been able to maintain a weight that I enjoy for a few years now. You got this!

BOLDKIN Food Coach :
The "stopped starting over" line is exactly the shift we are building around. One off-plan meal should lead to a calm next step, not a whole reset. If you want, I can show the idea with one simple example.
