OK, they have a right to refuse service, I’m not sure impeding traffic on private property is the right charge, once asked to leave and then not complying would seem to be a valid trespassing charge, but is my opinion and I don’t agree with the impeding traffic that’s really a stretch and he don’t need to stretch it. He can definitely arrest her for trespassing.
