Ugh, just so good 😮‍💨 For the broth, I used @Kettle and Fire chicken bone broth as the base, which adds an extra special richness and flavor to the curry. I love curry, like its my most favorite thing! never had it with udon though, ill need to try it! I usually do udon as a soup or stir fry
