@pitochk: Sometimes I feel like we’re living at the very beginning of something unimaginably big. For thousands of years, humanity looked at the stars and could only wonder what was out there. Today, we’re already sending spacecraft to other worlds, building more powerful telescopes, and seriously thinking about a future where humans live beyond Earth. Maybe one day, traveling between planets will feel as normal as traveling between continents does today. And eventually, the boundaries of our world may no longer be the boundaries of Earth. I love thinking about this. The entire history of humanity exploring the universe might only be beginning right now. I really hope I live long enough to see the moment when we take our first real steps toward becoming a civilization that lives among other worlds. And honestly, I’d love to see Earth from space with my own eyes someday :) #Space #Universe #edit #Future #Cosmos
