tip from my parents that may be useful to somebody: when my little brother was born they gifted me a barbie with the excuse that it was a gift from him so that I wouldn't get jealous of the new baby 😁

my jaw is on the floor at how much colostrum you got that’s so amazing 🥲 I wish I had this when I went to the hospital because my baby had low blood sugar and this would have helped sooo much since my milk hadn’t came in yet

Raspberry leaf tea will not get you in labor, it’s supposed to help down there not tear, aka soften your muscles etc. What got baby in will get her out the fastest 🙈🙈

i was 1-2 cm dilated & cervix still hadn’t softened with my 1st (this was a tuesday) .. i took a bath as hot as i could take it , walked , & bounced on my yoga ball .. started contractions thursday night & she came on friday (my NYE baby)
