and remember girls and women donating blood is dangerous for us because we already loose a lot of it during period and when you need blood they charge you for it so never donate for free or for cheaply manufacture freebies your body deserves more. Put yourselves always first

If there aren’t whole blood appointments, consider doing platelets! It takes 2-3 hours, but you get to watch movies while doing it. (And platelet donors often get extra or exclusive items, like the Snoopy sweatshirt!)
