@kristisawicki: Your genes are the blueprint. Epigenetics is how your body decides which parts of that blueprint get turned up or turned down. 🧬 And unlike your DNA sequence, your epigenome is dynamic. Things like nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, environmental exposures, and aging can all influence gene regulation over time. I recently did the TruAge epigenetic test and one of the results I was most interested in was my DunedinPACE score: 0.9 In simple terms, DunedinPACE is designed to estimate your current pace of biological aging. A score of 1.0 represents roughly one biological year of aging per chronological year, so 0.90 suggests my current pace is about 10% slower than that reference rate. I’m happy with that, but I’m much more interested in what I can optimize than getting a pretty number on a report. 😏 My results highlighted a few areas where I have room to improve, so I’m using the data to guide my next experiment: → More intentional fasting → More Zone 2 cardio → Adding spermidine to support cellular cleanup/autophagy →Improvements to cholesterol Then I’ll retest in 6 months and see whether those changes actually moved the needle. That’s what I love about testing like this. It’s not about getting a “good” or “bad” score. It’s about establishing a baseline, making targeted changes, and then measuring whether they worked. Because longevity isn’t just about how long you live. It’s about how well you age. 🧬 Would you want to know your biological age and pace of aging? @TruDiagnostic

Kathy A :
I can’t do tests like that because if it doesn’t say I’m 25 and all the ways I would be pissed off lol!! I’m doing the research and I’ve decided to go with Eurolithin A over spermidine for the muscle preservation… Could you talk about that??
