RESTORATION STEW ✨ A nourishing beef stew made with your period in mind. This rich ginger-braised beef stew combines iron-rich beef and lentils, sweet potato, spinach, ginger, pumpkin seeds and vitamin C-rich red pepper and lemon. And because nourishment should still be delicious, there’s red wine, white miso and a little dark chocolate for serious depth. Save this one for the next time your body is asking for a little extra care. 🥩 BEEF
• 1½ lb (680g) cubed chuck roast
• 1 lb (454g) cubed boneless short rib
