The way I’m suffering lool BUT, I needed a fast summer shred and this does it for me everytime 💪🏽 - PSA I have had surgery in the past, but I gained a lot of weight over time. I’m now in the process of getting back down. Surgery does not save you from poor eating habits and lack of exercise. You’ll get humbled real quick 😭 let’s get it!!
