as a padi rescue scuba diver this tank is extremely dangerous the size will run out for any use deeper 3ft and at that point it's better to snorkel. also if the size of this tank promotes breath holding which is the number one rule of scuba diving to not do that because it risks lung over expansion. I'm not sure how u fill it but to fill a scuba tank it must be 21% oxygen and the rest nitrogen, any other balance requires special training
