What about the possibility that something could be uncovered after this trial wraps to turn this into a federal investigation against Patrick? I could imagine a few scenarios where this is possible, such as cybercrime, interstate coercion , destruction of evidence, fraudulent fundraising, etc. Another thing, i believe the investigators for the hospitals in the CIVIL case have strong motivation to prove Lyndsay was not involved in the murders. That would essentially eliminate the civil case. I could see them uncovering something that turns this case upside down after this trial concludes. Wishful thinking.. 🤔

what I have been catching is that when big Red asks the prosecutor witnesses, he asks who collateral contacts are and most all have said very few... but mainly Patrick. so idk.. I think somethings up either way

what.. if ...they have ALL OF PC digital footprint.. for the past 4 years... is there PI's who can easily access digital forensics ... HE ALTEADY HAD EMAILS.. AND SEARCH RESULTS.. SO is it possible they have text covo's phone logs... that can literally pin him... without a doubt.. n So many are not aware that EVERYTHING YOU SEARCH, CALL TEXT.. IS ALWAYS RECORDED AND LOGGED SOMEPLACE.. CLOUD ETC... I truly don't think PC was ready for his search results and email info to be on blast... and im sure there's MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM

Why bring up the search about the carotid artery? Why bring up the search about the car and the airbags that doesn’t seem like something that would be brought forward if you’re simply trying to say yes she’s guilty but he was negligent. Doesn’t that indicate premeditation? And the attorney was making the connection that she was not even present when those terms were searched.
