There were some bad people in the Fatui. Not all of them are though. Despite us going against several of the Harbingers, I hope will be on good terms with the Tsaritsa, or will have to build that trust.

ik a lot of people dont like that the harbingers arent as evil as they were setup to be (apart from dottore) but i kind of really like it i like how as we progress through this world we find ourselves allied with the fatui more and more and how our perspective shifts. as cool as the harbingers would be as proper villains i think this adds much more depth to the story.
