I highly recommend the wearable cups for the Spectra. You get the same output, but they’re way more comfortable and sit inside of your bra.

I’m an exclusive pumper by choice and love it! If bf doesn’t work out, it’s okay 🤍 also fridge method is fine if your baby is healthy (not immunocompromised, etc.)

Genuine and 100% non judgemental question - why do American mothers seem to only pump with their babies? Here in Australia the advice is to just bf exclusively until bfing is established and then pump. But it seems to be the norm over there to predominantly bottle feed? Absolutely understand choice and it's not about anything like fed is best - I just want to know why most mothers on the internet don't just feed? It's so much work to pump as well!

spending the mornings in bed with baby are the best! my 3rd is 6months now and all 3 of my.kids all get in my bed in the morning and we just all snuggle for a bit before getting up!

Breastfeeding is so much easier than pumping! It is so simple don’t overthink just latch baby when she’s hungry or fussy and that’s it. No washing bottles or pump parts!

Supposedly the milk you pump at night has melatonin in it and day milk doesn’t. I don’t know how much of a difference it makes. I was just told that by a lactation consultant when I was breast-feeding.

Girl, get the cups for your pump, if you can. They go in the bra so you can move about, easier.
