Ok so I can’t remember any of this stuff basically but to me if yk conversion rates it’s pretty much just w/e conversions you need & then setting up basic equation(s). This is my 1st semester where my class exams include dosage calc & we also have a HESI coming up for each class that’s like a sort of exit exam for the class 🤦🏽♀️But we don’t cover math in class LITERALLY NOT ONE SECOND OF IT so we just have to teach ourselves at home (my school sucks). Anyways….is my method gonna mess some up somewhere? So far I always get the right answer 🤷🏽♀️
