Minecraft being generational is so true you might find a few Gen X playing Minecraft here and there on twitch but I’ll say the later generations of millennials started playing Minecraft on PC then literally all of Gen Z plays Minecraft I’ve not known a single person my age that hasn’t played it even non gamers then there’s Gen Alpha which seems to be mostly interested in Fortnite but I’d still say most of them play Minecraft as well since my niece plays it.

minecraft is kept alive by the community, mods, servers with custom made gamemodes (like hypixel), Vanilla minecraft would been dead long time ago with their update pace

Minecraft gets boring due to its repetitiveness, and the point about age could be applied to other games like cod, Fortnite, Roblox ect and none of those games are anywhere close to being perfect just like Minecraft

Mc propaganda. It is lowk the best game currently out. But you can run out of things u want to do. sometimes ppl want quests and direction. Also the combat sometimes feels lacking. Also the new updates Also don't feel rewarding unless u a sweat that's gonna dig into the code of every block. But for us casual players some updates are just like meh

if you're bored of a world you don't even need to make a new one. just make a bed leave everything else behind and walk. it's basically the same thing, but the world now has more history to revisit without having to open a different world to see it.

progression is too fast, there is practically nothing too do after beating the ender dragon, base building losses it's fun when you don't NEED too build (only in survival of course) if Minecraft released today the game would be extremely less popular. the only reason Minecraft became as popular as it is, is because of mods. at its modern day state mc is only like 7/10
