Something like this happened to me at one of my old workplaces. A girl got jealous that everyone raved about my baked goods. So she started bringing her own versions but fancier. Nobody really ate hers as the flavours were a bit too extreme for some people. So she then started bad mouthing my food to everyone. So I stopped. After a few months I started making them again but only as presents for selected people. And the staff never forgave her 😂

I would bring in baked goods and put it in shared spaces with my coworker friends. Had a ‘friend’ come to me and asked me to stop bc there were many people who were trying to watch their weight. Like. U DONT have to eat it ! I put it in my dept and told others to come visit any time.

Something similar happedned with my mum at our workplace. One of our co-workers had severe diabetes (to the point where he had amputated toes whilst he was working at the company and now has lost a foot) and he was eating multiple cupcakes on the first day she brought them in so she stopped because she felt so bad
