Ok so I’m pregnant. I got a write up saying that I wouldn’t put a 300 pound client in her bed when asked. Also the write up stated that I wouldn’t go calm my client down when she was getting a xray when they are aware I’m pregnant I can’t be in a room with a xray machine. So three days past now I’m on leave and being investigated because my client said I called her a poopy butt. I been there 7 years. I’ve done so much for this job and I feel like they are picking with me because of that write up. I’m in a union and I feel like I’m getting no where. I’m 5 in a half months pregnant school just started and we are about to loose everything and it’s stressing me out bad.

Good to know, they can’t ask about an interview cause I have had employers ask me about that when interviewing

What about failure to hire due to some of these process breakdowns? Seems like people who are not formal employees have less protections.,
