Dam good !! the only thing missing is reducing the gross amount of waste in the ridiculous duplicate systems, from all the big numbers thrown around all the people clipping the Ticket all the way down very little of disability money touches disabled people and of course we need safeguards and barriers for newly injured people or people who have learning disabilities but long-term professional disabled people have been managing their own affairs for multiple years and we know how to reduce Waste and contain spending some of our academic lawyers research. Researchers are on world stages speaking about this and ignored here in New Zealand.
