Nice tents. When I was in the army we had a canvas shelter half. No floor and you had to combine it with someone else’s half then share.

they told us to pack everything up we're moving AO because a storm was coming in and they put us next to a wetland. (so much mud) we moved across the street. stayed two nights and packed up again. we moved 1/4 down the road to a random empty building. due to hurricane storms. I didn't even get to sleep there. I was out trying to recover stuck vehicles.

I was about to say……where are the platoon tents at?? I know we had a few troops with single tents but everyone?? I remember everyone having to put up the huge tents together and having like 5 soldiers knowing how to do it while everyone else stood around like deer waiting for cars to pass while being yelled at to grab tent poles and to unload the bags 💯

I’m so glad my unit didn’t go to the field during AT I mean we did for a day but we ain’t spend the night I couldn’t even call what we did a FTX 😂
