Ground beef because it’s more versatile. I eat ribeye twice a week now and I love it, but it would get boring to eat every day. I change it up with chicken once a week and fish once a week. And now and again a coppa pork steak. Other days we have burger patties or ground beef. We also eat eggs and bacon every morning for breakfast.
